Becoming Self-Aware, is the ability to monitor your feelings and control your emotions in a positive manner. You will start to understand others and be more willing to compassionately help them. When we are self-aware we tend to have more confidence and feel empowered. I wanted to make this challenge for married women because as wives and mother's we carry a lot on our plate. After giving birth, it's possible that women will suffer with post-pregnancy depression that can last a long time. If women do not understand what is going on inside of them, usually they never shake the post-pregnancy syndrome until someone brings awareness to them that that is why they feel the way they do. This not only affects the woman, but her whole family because she doesn't realize that she is partially present. We find ourselves giving out so much love, that we don't have time to stop and receive love. 

When we are not in control of our feelings, we tend to lash out, the intimacy/romance stops. Problematic interactions and communication break down between the partners. Yes, of course it's the women who has the emotions that run all over the place, because she carries a lot on her back. She becomes rebellious, still saying, "I got this," instead of asking for help. Ladies allow your partner to help you out. Tell him what you need from him. Becoming self-aware will help you understand how to communicate your feelings more effectively when something is bothering you.

Every time I host this challenge, women always say they didn't realize they needed a Self-Awareness check. How often do we stop to reflect intentionally without other things going through our mind. This challenge will help you to become more mindful of your personal desires.

We will meet via Zoom 3 days out of the 6.

Coach Cali, your Certified Sexuality/Relationship Coach. She has over 4 years of experience as a coach. Not to mention, she married into a 20 year relationship.

She loves helping women rediscover themselves and live a happier life. She decided to focus on mostly women in her career. She  realize the amount of email she received with women saying how they feel insecure about themselves and need help. Even some men were concerned about their wives not giving love or not want to receive love. 

After completing case studies and solely focusing on conducting 1:1 sessions with women, she wanted to conduct workshops in person to provide support to women in person as a group. Then, we all know the story,
"The Pandemic", That is what sifted her into the online world of working.
