    What is Self-Awareness?
Self-Awareness basically deals with the aspects of yourself, such as feelings and behaviors. Becoming Self-Aware will help you focus on what makes you happy, and get rid of negative feelings that do not align with the new path you are taking for yourself. Self- Awareness allows you to improve your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual self.  
 

    The Goals of this Challenge

  • To give yourself permission to take care of yourself w/o feeling guilty.

  • Become aware again of the things that make you personally happy.

  • To break old habits and feel sexy again, no matter what part of your journey your on. You will focus on now and be proud until you reach your goals.

  • By the end of the challenge you will feel refreshed and renewed. Something that everyone will notice.

  • Build self confidence and boost self esteem.
